Our Service Dog Program

At Rocky Mountain Service Dogs (RMSD), we are dedicated to transforming lives by providing highly trained service dogs to individuals in need. Nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, our organization focuses on training exceptional canine companions to assist with mobility, medical alert, PTSD support, and other specialized services. Our dogs are expertly trained to provide stability, retrieve objects, detect medical conditions such as seizures or blood sugar fluctuations, and offer emotional and psychological support to those facing daily challenges.
In addition to training service dogs, RMSD is committed to ongoing research in canine-assisted therapy, exploring new ways service dogs can enhance quality of life. We are also passionate about supporting individuals with Rett syndrome, a rare neurological disorder, by developing specialized service dog programs tailored to their unique needs.
With a deep commitment to ethical training and lifelong support, we match each service dog with its perfect partner, ensuring independence, confidence, and companionship. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities through the incredible bond between humans and their service dogs.
